Hi, thanks for coming by! I’m Nicole and I’m a marathon runner who basically distracts herself with other things when not running. I love to spend time in the kitchen, and I love arts and crafts!

I’m gluten intolerant, so while I used to bake up some lovely breads and cookies – they’re all gluten free now. Gluten free baking is a whole new world. I am learning a lot – about products and about myself.

Michael is my husband and the cat is called “The Bean”.
