The last sip of summer.

I saw this recipe in August’s issue of Lucky magazine I was flipping though on our last beach trip. Came home, employed the use of my Vitamix and there you have it.

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 small banana
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup very cold water (ice, if you have it)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • a good handful of mint (you could use basil too, but I had a lot of mint from Andrea’s garden, so I used that)

Blend blend blend! Makes 2 large servings.
